Better assess peril-related risk

LexisNexis® Peril Factors is a risk assessment and rating solution that enables carriers to better recognize the impact of the peril exposure associated with a risk location. This solution combines multiple datasets to deliver an index at the risk level that denotes the propensity for peril losses resulting from weather and non-weather related events. The index returns a numeric value which indicates the severity from lowest to highest for a specific risk location. By incorporating Peril Factors at the time of quote and application, carriers can quickly and accurately assess, quote and rate risk.

LexisNexis® Peril Factors is not provided by “consumer reporting agencies,” as that term is defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681, et seq.)
